There is a secret ingredient that makes this fudge awesome...Velveeta! Who'da thunk it?!
Note: Use a large stewpan to contain (makes a lot)
PRE-planning: Line a cookie sheet with wax paper to spread fudge mix on
Powder mix:
4 lbs powdered sugar (sifted)
1 cup cocoa
1 to 2 cups chopped nuts
In microwave, melt:1 lb Velveeta
1 lb butter
1 tbsp vanilla
Pour over powder mix and stir immediately!
After thoroughly mixed, spread on cookie sheet and allow to sit overnight.
Another Note: This is absolutely the richest fudge you will probably ever make. Always make it with gifting to someone in mind, because it makes lot!
